• Maintaining, evaluating, and improving the performance, quality, and security of the service

• Messages you send are processed to generate responses
• Chat content may be analyzed to evaluate and improve service quality and performance
• Chat content is stored temporarily and deleted automatically after 7 years
• We collect: chat messages, timestamps, session IDs, IP address, and browser type
• We do not sell or share this data with third parties

We use trusted EU-based cloud providers to host and operate this website and chatbot. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and process data only under our instructions and in compliance with GDPR.

• OpenAI and Anthropic (Private EU Instances) - for AI response generation
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure - for cloud infrastructure and data storage

All third-party processors:

• Operate under strict data processing agreements
• Are located within the EU or provide adequate data protection safeguards
• Process data solely for providing our chatbot service
• Do not retain data beyond service provision

All data processing occurs within the EU through our private OpenAI instance and EU-region AWS/Azure services. No personal data is transferred outside the EU.

• Logs may include metadata such as IP address, browser type, and connection time
• These are retained for 7 years for troubleshooting and system monitoring, then securely deleted
